How do I know that my initials will be sewn in the correct order? TOP
We ask that you enter the initials in the order you would like them sewn. For monograms with a larger center letter, the order is first name, last name, middle name. As an example, the name Michael Graydon Smith would be sewn "mSg". For monograms where all three letters are the same size, the order is first name, middle name, last name. In this case, our example name would be sewn "MGS".
How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Most orders are shipped within two weeks of receiving payment. We ask that you please allow 3-4 weeks for shipment, as there are times when we are busier than normal and need extra time to get your order completed.
How is shipping calculated? TOP
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. The minimum charge is $5 per order, and it goes up based on the total weight of all items ordered.
Do you allow returns? TOP
Due to the nature of custom embroidered items, returns are not permitted unless there is an error on our part or a manufacturer's defect. Please be sure to double-check your spelling and the order of initials prior to placing your order.
